A trail of cottontails! 🤍

What a joy to stumble upon this trail of fluffy white cotton-like seeds, which had been blown off one of my favourite Black Poplar trees in #regentsparklondon

Noticing nature’s treasures (and focusing on colours and patterns) is a wonderful way to practice mindfulness, and is an effective way of relaxing and recharging our brains. It’s also a gentle and natural way to quieten a busy mind.

➡️ Try walking in nature with your kids - especially children or teens who are doing exams - this is an excellent way for them to de-stress (but do leave phones behind!).

✅ According to psychology experts, spending just 15 minutes in nature calms the mind and body, lowers blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration. It also minimizes feelings of anxiety and aggression and creates a sense of well-being.

After an intense workout, sometimes the mind just gets overloaded, and moments in nature really help release tension. I try to notice details: leaves, shapes, textures — it works better than any meditation video. Recently, I added https://redmondpharmacy.com/product/erectofil-5-30/ to these habits, and noticed that energy lasts longer and recovery feels faster. Little rituals like this really help maintain a sporty rhythm without stress.
