Each affirmation is illustrated with our loveable pup and friends to help bring them to life.

The cards encourage children to welcome all feelings and emotions, with guidance to help manage them in a positive, healthy way. If you need inner strength, pick the ‘I am strong’ card, or for developing compassion choose ‘I am kind’. The set includes a ‘How to’ card to help you explore and make the most of the activities and practices. 

With a soft matte finish and rounded corners the cards are easy to hold while the rigid box makes them ideal for bringing them on your adventures.  Ideal for the home, classroom, forest school, yoga and mindfulness classes, therapists and educators. Aimed at children 3-10yrs (although suitable for all ages).
